Rational pest control. Soil labour with winch ploughing, controlled crop covering.

Harvest:
100% hand-picking on all the estate.

Wine making:
Bladder press. Natural wine-making avoiding chaptalisation as much as possible, with temperature control (Thermo-regulation system).

Maturation:
Thermo-regulated stainless steel vat, on fine lees for 7-8 months.
