The vines are situated in Solutre-Pouilly and Fuissé, with a clay and limestone soil. It’s blending of  three parcels.

25-40 years old

Plantation density:
8000 stocks/ha

Pruning system:
Simple Guyot with cane bending.

Vine work:
Rational pest control. Soil labour with winch ploughing, controlled crop covering.

Harvest:
100% hand-picking on all the estate.

Wine making:
Bladder press. Natural wine-making avoiding chaptalisation as much as possible, with temperature control (Thermo-regulation system).

Maturation:
Stock vat: 70¨% oac barrel: 30% during 11 months.
